على جميع المدنيين والمتظاهرين السلميين في ادلب توخي اقصى درجات الإنتباه والحذر وتفتيش الجميع ان امكن قبل المشاركة . النظام سيحاول ان يصنع فتنة ومشاكل وان يؤذي المتظاهرين او يحرضهم على بعضهم باي طريقة قذرة ممكنة
